The activity check is officially over now. Cascading Dreams is running smoothly besides our little affiliate problems but that is getting fixed. Me and Spots are looking at our members and deciding which, if any of them should be promoted. A few people are already in our thoughts but you never know. Pretty much all is well here.
Welcome to all of out new members and i hope you like the site. The Sunrise and Midnightclan leader auditions are now posted so after your BIO is complete and accepted you can put your try-out RP sample. Well, thats pretty much all.
Well I'm proud to announce that Falcon is now a Mini-Mod! Yay! Well, me and Spotty discussed it and think that we'll start her out as a Mini-Mod just to see how she'll be with it. We will eventually give her a higher position but not yet. Congrats Falcon!

Owly;; Today it's the 27th and some people have posted in the activity check but more would be nice(cough cough) Anywho I am going to put up auditions for leader, medicine cat, ect. positions but nobody should post. if you do there will be a warning and if you don't listen you'll get banned for a while maybe. Yes, I know this is a lot, but you’ll only hurt yourself if you don’t read these rules. If you have any questions, PM an admin, or post in the Question Board.
xx. General Character Rules
+You may not RP your charrie until it is ACCEPTED.
+Do your best to have all of your characters remain active.
+The maximum amount of characters is fifteen. Be reasonable... fifteen is a lot of characters. If you want more, kill a character off, or offer it for adoption. The only exception to this rule is plot-related characters; you may exceed this limit during plots, if you intend to kill the character in the plot. By the conclusion of the plot, you must have no more than fifteen characters once more.
+You do have the right to delete a character at any time IF they are not involved in any relationships, plot data, or someone else's characters. (In other words, the character is idle.) If they are involved in any way with anything important to the site or another member, then you must inform them two weeks before you will kill the cat off. Please finish the RPs that you are involved in with this character. If this character is involved, majorly, in the site plot, then you may not delete it, until permission is given by the admin.
+No power playing. There's a difference between making a mistake once or twice, and doing it repeatedly. (For those that do not know, power playing is controling another character's actions, that is not you own. Also refered to as G-moding.) If we find it is done repeatedly, consequences will occur.
+No double posting. It is annoying... If you want to add more to your post, but you've already posted it, go in and modify it. Every member has the power to modify their own posts.
+All posts are to RPed in third person. [[The most common type of RP.]] EX; Shadowstar trudged through the foreboding forest, watching his steps diligently. EX of what not to RP; I trudged through the foreboding forest, watching my steps diligently.
xx. Mate Rules
+On this site, we do not RP the actual Mating. The characters simply meet, a love story unfolds, and the she-cat will become preagnant whenever you choose. (Please have your characters know each other two weeks ((Yes in real life time)) before they decide to have kits.) It's not that we aren't mature enough to handle it; but seriously, who wants to scroll through threads and visualize cats mating? If you find it boring to RP a love story between two felines, then don't bother getting a mate.
+Keep the "lovey dovey" scenes to a cat oriented deal... cats do not make out. Remember, you aren't RPing a human.
+Mates shall always be one male and one female. They shall never be from the same family. (i.e.: Brother and sister.)
+ Mates are supposed to be in the same clan. They may only be from different clans if you have a minature plot going on between them. But if you are only choosing a cat from another clan, because there aren’t any other avaliable cats, then this is not allowed.
xx. Kitten Rules
+The mother and father of the kittens chooses the new owners, and the names of the kittens. The two mates will split the kittens halfway; the mother will get to decide the names, colors, and new owners of half the kittens, and the father gets the other half. Should there be an odd number of kits, the mother gets the extra kitten. (Example, If there were three kittens, the father gets one, the mother gets two.)
+ The mother or father can choose to keep their kitten(s) for their own character, if they don’t exceed the fifteen character rule.
+ Birthing and mating are at any times you choose, no matter the season. Please RP the birth of the kits, but don’t get overly graphic.
xx. Main Rules
+Respect your admins.
+Be polite to other members... we don't all have to be best friends, but please do not fight in public. Try getting help from another neutral member!! Keep fighting to PM if you must screech at each other.
+Keep cursing and cussing to a minimal. No, we won’t all freak out if you say a few words here and there. But a forum littered with dirty words has no taste or manners. Hey, once in a while I will say a word, because we all have bad days. But rampaging isn’t acceptable.
+ NO sexual content what so ever! This is a major violation of Proboards TOS, and could get the site in trouble. No matter who you are, you will be banned from the forum if you post anything uncomfortable to other members, such as porn. Besides, who wants to look at that stuff? If you’re really that nasty, go look at yourself, and leave the rest of us alone.
+ Racial, religious, or any other remarks about beliefs or values of another person isn’t acceptable. I’m going to let you know right now, that I’m a Baptist; but if an Islamic person should join the site, it's not my buisiness! If you want to share your religious beliefs, this is okay. But putting another religion down is not okay. Same wtih racial comments; I don’t care if you're purple, it’s not a good idea to bring up colors and such. This is very serious. And political discussions are included within this constraint. When you become President of the United States, I'll respect your judgement about politics enough for you to post 'em. ^^
+This list may be updated every so often, so it's a good idea to check back once in a while. If you break a rule that you claim you didn't know about, to bad, so sad.
-----Literacy----- +In the RP you must have at least eight well thought out sentences, per post. However, we encourage more. +When you are not RPing you must type one full sentence, per post. (Excluding certain games). +Please, no spelling errors.... you have a spell check; USE IT.
