The activity check is officially over now. Cascading Dreams is running smoothly besides our little affiliate problems but that is getting fixed. Me and Spots are looking at our members and deciding which, if any of them should be promoted. A few people are already in our thoughts but you never know. Pretty much all is well here.
Welcome to all of out new members and i hope you like the site. The Sunrise and Midnightclan leader auditions are now posted so after your BIO is complete and accepted you can put your try-out RP sample. Well, thats pretty much all.
Well I'm proud to announce that Falcon is now a Mini-Mod! Yay! Well, me and Spotty discussed it and think that we'll start her out as a Mini-Mod just to see how she'll be with it. We will eventually give her a higher position but not yet. Congrats Falcon!

Owly;; Today it's the 27th and some people have posted in the activity check but more would be nice(cough cough) Anywho I am going to put up auditions for leader, medicine cat, ect. positions but nobody should post. if you do there will be a warning and if you don't listen you'll get banned for a while maybe. |Season: Leaf-bare was rather placid this go around, but the clans rejoice with the arrival of New-leaf.

A tan she-cat raced along the soggy ground. Mist swirled around her lithe body as she pelted through the endless fog. Her striped legs took the impact from her small paws pounding the ground. Her body moved like a cheetah's-smoothly dipping and leaping over the ground with such grace at the amazing speed. Her grey eyes flickered over to a small shape hovering it seemed in the foggy valley. With a puzzled growl she stalked forward with a flick of her long tail. It's black hued end ticked some dew into the grass.
By now Athensoul's long legs were wet and from running in the moist grass and water droplets sprinkled her stomach making it damp and matted. The lean she-cat hissed when the form in the fog slid away into the void. She let out a weak hiss and then stalked forward. A snap and a surprised meow sounded from behind her. Was the cat a loner? No, just another clan mate...but why were they being so sneaky? She padded forward and halted puffing out her chest to look stronger.

Autumnwing stalked through the thick, oh so lovable fog. Well, maybe not too lovable, but it was a great stealth tool. And she could see her prey sitting before her, quite unaware. Autumnwing crept toward the quail, getting ready to pounce.
A hiss sounded not too far in front of her. Startled, Autumnwing backed up snapping a twig in the process. She could hear dinner beating its wings as it flew away, barely visible in the fog. She let a low meow of disappointment escape as she walked on.
'Who's there?' Autumnwing jumped. She decided to play it safe and try for a scent. Letting her jaws part, she got a Sunriseclan response. Relaxing, she replied, "Autumnwing."

Spottednose slipped through the valley lands, her coat damp from the shower the night before had left as a present to the earth. Now plants would grow and everything would strat coming to life once more. Oh, how she missed the warmth, the ground, the plants. Winter made everything seem so.. Dead. She hated it. She preferred sunbathing on the rocks, and that is why she thanked StarClan for the approaching summer.
Ahead, she heard voices ahead. It sounded like SunriseClan, but she could not place the voices immediatly. She crept forward a bit, parting her jaws and letting in the smells of spring, newleaf was on its way. And as she did this she recognized the scents of Autumnwing and Athensoul. She began to wonder what they were up to, but no suspicions were found in her mind. They were loyal warriors and well-trusted. She could now see them, they were speaking, not much but still.
"Greetings, Autumnwing, Athensoul." She called out to the pair, making her way toward them. "What are you two up to?" She eyed them in mock suspicion. Of course, the twinkle in her eye gave her away, for she knew these two were not doing anything wrong, most likely hunting or on patrol. She herself had come to do a little extra hunting, the clan could always use some more prey. Her unique green colored eyes looked between the two warriors, waiting for a response from either of them.

Oh! So it had been Athensoul that startled her at first. She smiled as Spottednose was somewhat visible among them, a result of the still-thick fog. She did catch the humor in her question though. "Oh, I was just trying to get a bit of hunting done, but jumpy Athensoul caused me to lose my quail." she laughed. She decided to leave out the part about being startled by Athensoul's hiss.
Since Autumnwing had barely said a word to Athensoul, she wanted to keep a conversation going with Spottednose, hoping Athensoul would jump in whenever. "So, what brings you out here?" she asked. Maybe if she was out hunting too, the three could hunt together. Assuming they all wanted to of course.

Spottednose perked her audits as Autumnwing's lyrics went forth into the cool breeze. She nodded at the she-cat's explaination. As she explained that she had lost her quail the warrior shrugged it off, it happened. "You can't catch them all, I guess." Spottednose tried to peek through the fog and up to the sky, but all she got was gray, half from the fog and half from the cloudy sky. The seasons were changing, that was for sure. Leaf-bare was finally leaving them to go both another part of the world, and New-leaf was arriving with the warmth and the water for the rivers, the fish and the flowers. It was comfort knowing the land would soon come alive again.
No more empty stomach either. Spottednose smirked and a purr thundered quietly from her chest. Oh, she would have a full stomach at last, the clan would be content with their prey and not only that but no more of this icky snow. Spottednose lifted a paw off the ground, the earth was wet, but it would soon disappear and with that she placed it back onto the earthen floor before replying to Autumnwing's question. "Hunting as well. The clan could always use some extra prey this time of year.. It's always a good idea to hunt when you have some spare time." She offered a half smile.
But, it quickly melted away when a drop of water fell from a limb above and landed on the top of the she-cat's head. Spottedstar closed her eyes and winced, moving only to mutter a few words. "Thank StarClan it won't be like this for much longer.." Her tail twitched slightly in annoyance and she shook her coat free if the liquid. She fluttered open her eyes and sighed, her eyes traveling to Athensoul. 'She's being quiet.. I wonder what is on her mind..'
